2. Return and Refund Policy
   To request a refund or return, contact CodyNick support at https://support.codynick.com.
   • On physical products: Returns will be accepted on the condition that:
     a. The product is in resalable condition and has been purchased less than 30 days before the return request initiation date, and has been approved for return by CodyNick (at their sole discretion)
     b. The customer covers all shipping fees to return the product to CodyNick
   • On courses and digital products: since most of these products include instant access to purchased material, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds .
   • On defective or pre-damaged (prior to delivery) items: if proven that the product is defective or damaged prior to being delivered to customer, CodyNick will cover the shipping fees for the return. The 30-day refund window still applies.
3. Termination
   You may terminate your agreement to this doucument as outlined in CodyNick Digital Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Updates to these terms
   Both this document and CodyNick Digital Services Terms and Conditions are subject to updates without prior notice. By continuing to use E-shop, you agree to the updated versions of these documents.
